		<description>I don&#039;t think anyone turned if off back in the day, and i seriously doubt anyone buying a 9600GT card is too concerned about power consumption. Heat...possibly. But if the heatsinks on the card and your case configuration are enough to run the card for a few hours playing a game, wouldn&#039;t it follow it&#039;d be enough to leave it there?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It&#039;s all about psychology.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Turn it up to 11.</description>
